Free Shipping: Cosmovictory is pleased to offer free addressed standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping applies to all states within the USA, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as convenient and seamless as possible. Please note that our free shipping policy applies to standard shipping methods, and the delivery times outlined in our shipping policy still apply.

Handling Time: Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Sunday) for an order confirmed before 12 PM EST

The delivery time is 3-5 business days from the shipping confirmation from Monday to Saturday, for deliveries to the customer's home. We do not deliver to pick up points.

Although we make reasonable efforts to adhere to the shipping and delivery dates stated above, Cosmovictory cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays not caused by us or justified by a force majeure event.

For delivery, we use USPS. If you are concerned that your delivery is taking longer than expected, please write to us at, and we will find out the reason for the delay

Addressed Shipping:

  • We offer free addressed delivery to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO
  • Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Modifications

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Item Not Received

If you have placed an order successfully and have not received it yet, while the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered, you must contact the carrier to locate your package. If the issue persists, write to us at, and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Sometimes, tracking information may not be available. This can be due to technical issues related to the tracking not being updated on the application. In this case, if you still cannot locate your item, contact us at, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


We're here to help if you receive damaged items. Please take photos of all damaged goods and email them to our customer support at This allows us to inform our warehouse of the error and assist you with a replacement. We're unable to offer a replacement or refund without proper documentation. If you've received a damaged product, please take pictures and contact our customer service team, then await further instructions. Do not discard the product until you have received a response.
