Handling Time: Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Sunday) for an order confirmed before 12 PM EST

The delivery time is 3-5 business days from the shipping confirmation from Monday to Saturday, for deliveries to the customer's home. We do not deliver to pick up points.

Although we make reasonable efforts to adhere to the shipping and delivery dates stated above, Cosmovictory cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays not caused by us or justified by a force majeure event.

Damages

Return & Refund Policy

If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 30 days from the day after you receive your order. Please inform us so that the return process can proceed smoothly, by email at sale@cosmovictory.com.

We only accept returns for customer remorse under the following conditions:

  • The item is new and unused.
  • For items with a manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must not be opened.
  • The item must not be damaged by handling or use by the customer.

Return Policy for Damaged, Wrong Products

In the aforementioned case, you will have 30 days to return these products and obtain a refund or replacement. This period starts from the day after you receive your order. Order Cancellation

The Order can be modified or cancelled without charges before the shipping confirmation email of the Order is sent.

Lost Shipments
